Arena offers training, placement, and a continuing network of support for those placed on 2020 races. Arena’s training program, Arena Academy, is a five-day immersive training program facilitated by leading experts for up to seven campaign roles, from Campaign Manager to Organizer.


The Asian American Action Fund is a political action committee that seeks to increase the Asian American and Pacific Islander community’s voice in politics at every level of government across the United States.

Blue Future is a national, youth-led, organizing program focused on organizing young people around progressive electoral campaigns. We engage, mobilize, and connect young people ages 16-24 to progressive electoral campaigns, equipping them with the resources, tools, skills, and network to be effective volunteers, organizers, and public servants.

Blue Leadership Collaborative offers a full-time, three month paid fellowship program for high-potential campaign staff, providing individualized work placements and professional development to prepare them to work as campaign managers during the 2020 election cycle.


Democracy Labs connects progressive candidates with innovative solutions so they can run better campaigns for less money. It also provides training through free online courses, webinars and in-person workshops.


Disability Action for America is a political organziation run by disabled people that works to elect disabled leaders and allies that are committed to achieving disability justice.


Emerge America and their 25 Emerge affiliates share one mission: To increase the number of Democratic women leaders from diverse backgrounds in public office through recruitment, training and providing a powerful network. Since 2002, Emerge America affiliates have trained over 4,000 Democratic women to run for office. Their vision: To change the face of power, politics and leadership in this country in order to have policies that are responsive to all Americans.


The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people. HRC envisions a world where LGBTQ people are embraced as full members of society at home, at work, and in every community.


Latino Victory Fund is a progressive political action committee with the mission of growing Latino political power by increasing Latino representation at every level of government – from the school board to the Senate to the White House. Latino Victory identifies, recruits, and develops candidates for public office while building a permanent base of donors to support them.


The League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) core mission is to advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of the Hispanic population of the United States. PIVOT – the Vietnamese American Progressive Association – was formed to be a collective voice for progressive Vietnamese Americans who seek a just and diverse America by engaging and empowering Vietnamese Americans on policies that address: 1) Promoting human, civil, immigrant, and refugee rights; 2) Increasing cultural, linguistic, and financial access to quality education, health care, and economic opportunities; and 3) Protecting the environment.

SNAP PAC is a student-run political action committee that breaks down the financial barriers to politics by enabling low-income students to work as paid field organizers on Democratic congressional campaigns. Woke Vote seeks to engage registered voters in a multifaceted approach that includes: strategic social media outreach, impactful campus and faith-based outreach, social impact demonstrations, and intense mobilization (GOTV) efforts.


The Young Democrats of America (YDA) is the largest youth-led, partisan progressive organization in the nation. The Young Democrats of America works through their national, state and local chapters to train the next generation of progressive leaders.
